ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We pride ourselves not only in our design and construction expertise, but also in our ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our clients. At the beginning of each project, we spend a great deal of time talking with our clients to understand their vision for their new home. Even if the client is unsure of what they want, after a few weeks of discussion we can help them determine the size, layout and style of home that is right for them. 

Our goal is to make the design and construction process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.  Using computer aided drafting and three dimensional modeling software, we are able to develop designs that our clients can easily understand. If our clients are not able to be with us physically, we use digital photography, video conferencing and the internet to develop and share design concepts. 

We design and build houses of all sizes, from modest 1,200 sq. ft. patio homes to 11,000 sq. ft. palazzos, working with our clients to create gracious and livable spaces that reflect their taste and lifestyle. Using interesting materials and details from both Mexico and beyond, we create a look that is rich and unique.  Because of the mild climate in San Miguel, we design our projects to flow comfortably between indoor and outdoor living areas.  Whenever possible, we incorporate water features such as traditional fountains, reflecting pools, spas and swimming pools.

We work in all architectural styles including traditional colonial, Moorish, Spanish, contemporary Mexican and modern.  We also offer Interior Design services, allowing our clients to work with a professional from the beginning to create a home that reflects their personal taste and lifestyle.  By drawing furniture to scale on our plans, we help the client design their new home to incorporate existing furnishings as well as any new pieces they may wish to acquire. We are also happy to work with the client's interior designer or with the client directly, if they prefer. 

We also offer Real Estate Consultation services. We work with our clients to help them find the right home or building lot for their needs. Whether you are looking at existing construction to be remodeled to your needs or building lots, we are happy to work directly with you and/or your real estate professional to determine the right property for your San Miguel home.
